Customer Service Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join one of the UK’s leading property and legal services companies as a Customer Service Administrator.
* To support a busy Conveyancing Sales team with their day-to-day administration and calls.
* You will be taking calls from Estate Agent partners and also making calls to clients and customers.
* The role will involve some administration work including data checking.
* Self- motivate and able to work under pressure.
* You will need to work well in a team environment and on your own initiative.
* Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* Able to create and maintain relationships with customers and clients.
* Time management, strong organisation skills as well as attention to detail.
* Basic Excel Skills.
* A strong customer service background is highly beneficial.
Salary: Circa £17,500
