Customer Experience Executive

Hours: 37.5 (hours to be worked flexibly Monday – Friday between 08:00 – 18:00 and 1 in 4 Saturdays 09:00 – 16:00)

The Opportunity:

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a well-known and respected global client, who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Customer Experience Executive, to join their Abingdon based team.

As Customer Experience Executive, you will be directly involved in managing the customers experience and journey, following a product purchase (including purchases from their retail stores) and providing impeccable aftersales support and excellent customer service for all retail customers.

As part of the customer journey, you will liaise with the customer throughout, ensuring updates on deliveries, any aftersales queries (our client’s products are technical, so often you will need to provide support on products) and also handle and resolve any customer issues. Therefore, the passionate Customer Experience Executive, must be confident in dealing with complex situations and motivated to resolve any escalated issues, ensuring customer service excellence at all times.

The successful Customer Experience Executive must be passionate about offering ultra-high-end levels of customer service and go above and beyond to manage the customer’s entire experience (from initial enquiry to resolution), ensuring customer retention and satisfaction and adhering to our clients premium and global reputation.
