Customer Contact – 1st line Support Agent

We have a exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Contact professional as a 1st line Support Agent.

Day to day you will work as part of a helpdesk team that provide 1st Line support to UK and EU customers via internet-based and on-site software applications.

You will have –

Experience in a customer service role with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
Good attention to detail
Sound knowledge of MS Windows operating systems and MS OfficeYou will be responsible for answering calls and responding to incoming tickets raised by customers, diverting customers to training materials and knowledge articles, system administration of new users subscriptions and customer set-up

Knowledge and Skills –

This is a full time temporary position working between 8am and 6pm, offering an hourly rate of £11.00 + holiday pay based on a PAYE arrangement.
