As a Creative Content Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting, developing, and growing the marketing function across multiple platforms and routes to market for all business areas.   • Campaign Creation & Implementation: Plan, produce, execute, and report on engaging multi-channel campaigns across the business functions to drive seasonal and new opportunities throughout the calendar year. Leverage the brand reputation and innovative products to create compelling campaigns that resonate with a target audience.
  • Brand Management: Evolve and define the corporate brand identity, ensuring that the messaging and visuals align with their sustainability-focused values. Create brand assets that showcase their unique selling points and contribute to their ongoing success.
  • Marketing Resource Development: Lead the development and roll-out of new brands, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence across all touchpoints.
  • Content Development: Create or manage the creation of all campaign collateral across existing and new products, both traditional and digital. This includes event and exhibition design, social media content, sales overviews, sales rep toolkits, distributor and partner toolkits, web page design, and content creation. Additionally, be responsible for creating, art directing, and executing film and photography projects that showcase their products and brand.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment. Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), video editing (Premier Pro, After Effects), web design (WordPress), AI software, and strong writing abilities. Familiarity with social media tools and analytics.
  • Attributes: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter with a can-do attitude. Ability to manage workload and deliverables independently while also working collaboratively as part of a team to provide a robust 360 marketing effort

  • Competitive Salary: up to £45k Dependent on experience.
  • Work-Life Balance: 8.45 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with 28 days of annual leave (including statutory holidays).
