Job Title: Contracts ManagerLocation: Hampshire, West Sussex, WitlshireSalary: £70,000 – £80,000Our client aims to expand its senior management team due to increased workload and the securing of new projects. They are seeking either an experienced contracts manager or will consider a seasoned project that is looking to take the next step in their career.The company plans to conduct interviews in February or March, with a start date in March or April.About the Company:Our client is a prominent main contractor based on the South coast, specialising in projects ranging from £1 million to £15 million. With a diverse portfolio encompassing commercial, education, leisure, industrial, and healthcare sectors, the company is committed to delivering high-quality construction projects while prioritising excellence and client satisfaction.Position Overview:The South Coast Main Contractor is currently searching for a talented and seasoned Contracts Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee various projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervising all aspects of project contracts, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.Facilitating communication and collaboration among clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.Leading the preparation of tender documents, contracts, and procurement processes.Monitoring project progress and performance, promptly addressing any issues or risks.Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering excellence and teamwork.Managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.Requirements:Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry, with a history of successful project delivery.Comprehensive understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and relevant legislation.Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.How to Apply:For more information on this role, please contact James Mitchell at (phone number removed) or click the link to submit your up-to-date CV.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
