Overview
O’Neill and Brennan are working with a leading Tier 1 developer to recruit a Contracts Manager to cover various sites in the Northern Home Counties.
The business region is based in Hertfordshire covering sites across Herts, Beds, Bucks, Essex and Cambridge. They build a mixture of private and social housing nationally, this particular region constructs traditional and timber frame properties.
As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for managing 2/3 live sites across the region. Although the business builds across the above patch we are ideally looking for someone based West Hertfordshire or surrounding area purely due to the developments that you will be initially responsible for. You will have several Projects Manager report into you whilst you report into the Construction Director.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience of delivering traditional or timber frame housing schemes from start to finish either currently working as a Contracts/Build Manager or we will also consider strong Senior Project Managers looking to make the step up to control multiple sites. Volume build experience is a necessity as the schemes you will be managing are targeted at circa 100 units per year from each outlet. The business has won several PIJ’s & Seal of Excellence awards in the last few years and has a real focus on quality so any previous awards will be beneficial with your application.
