Construction Administrator Vickerstock are recruiting for a Construction Administrator for a leading client based in Belfast on a permanent basis. The Construction Administrator, will be responsible for the creation of O & M manuals, Building User Guides and the maintenance of Health and Safety files and provide valuable administrative support to the Contracts Team. Your new role as a Construction Administrator Assist with the control and distribution of information to the Contracts Team Create and compile Operational and Maintenance Manuals Promote and ensure a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with SHEQ Policies and Procedures Responsible for the maintenance and updating of H&S files Preparing building user guides Provide administrative support to Contracts Director and the Contracts team What you’ll need to succeed as a Construction Administrator Excellent administration skills Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable Ability to work within a team Ability to work to deadlines and within time frames Detail orientated and precise with a logical approach to work Good verbal and written communication skills If you fit the above criteria and are looking to advance your career, then please contact Mary Quinn on for a fully confidential chat Skills: Construction Administration Document Control Quality
