POSITION: COMPLIANCE ASSISTANT

REPORTS TO: HEAD OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

BASED: GLASGOW, UK

Reporting to our Head of Product Development, our Compliance Assistant will be an integral part of the PD team; collating documentation for new products and ensuring existing products are Compliant for global distribution. You will work closely with the Compliance Manager to support with all aspects of Compliance and Regulatory projects; this will involve communicating with manufacturers and suppliers on a daily basis. You will need to be pro-active, flexible and have excellent attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with requesting and collating Compliance documentation for NPD projects in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing required compliance documentation vs received compliance documentation.
  • Work with the Compliance Manager to update and manage clinical & master data files, along with tracking ongoing clinical trials.
  • Supporting the Compliance Manager with general daily administrative tasks such as proof reading and data entry.
  • Work across functions to collate technical information and share with the wider team in a clear and concise manner.
  • Managing regulatory updates across existing SKU’s

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing documentation.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, manage own workload and adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
