Cordant People are looking for a Community Response Administrator for our client East of England Ambulance Service a great opportunity to work within the NHS!

Organise meeting dates, times and venues, create agenda’s, take meeting minutes,
manage action logs and disseminate information as required by the Head of
Community response or the Lead CRM to all members of the meeting.

Act as the initial point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Responsible for supporting all aspects of contacts regarding the volunteer CFR’s and ensure they are managed to a high standard. Act autonomously where appropriate in dealing with

Effectively communicate with Chief Executive Office, deputy directors, seniormanagers, Community Response Managers, Community First Responders and members of the public.

Deal effectively with all suitable volunteer enquiries, liaising with all locality managers within the Trust and ensuring that enquiries are answered, where appropriate, direct enquiries to the appropriate manager, working with the team to effectively deal with volunteer related complaints or issues.

Provide administrative support to the Community Response Management Team using Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel. Maintain where required the volunteer CFR database e.g. all abstractions and provisions for active CFR’s throughout the Trust.

Support the Safer Recruitment process through TRAC following the CFR recruitment process.

To manage the CRM team’s GRS input including annual leave, overtime and TOIL in line with Trust policies. To ensure that the timesheet summaries are sent to the Head of Community Response in a timely manner. To complete cross charging summaries for any team members working outside of the department on overtime. To organise CFR events under the guidance of the Head of Community Response and the Community Response Team including meetings, conferences and social events.
