Community Nurse  –

Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Part Time

Remedy Medical are looking for an experienced Community General Nurses to work within and around London.

The trust aims to provide consistently safe, high quality, patient – focused services along with creating a strong and sustainable organisation.

As a General Nurse, you will work alongside a busy driven dedicated team who take pride in caring for their patients that are in need. You will need to be able to work well under stress and respond effectively to challenging situations.

Essential Requirements:

NMC Registered
6 Months Experience

It is a challenging, yet rewarding role, working with service users with complex needs and diverse backgrounds, and presentations. The post holder will work closely with other disciplines and professionals to improve the lives of this patient group.

The successful applicant will either have experience of working as a Band 5 with at least 6 months post-qualification experience, and have experience of working with all the members of the multi- disciplinary team

***Be able to work flexibly within a shift system, across 7 days a week as the liaison service develops to ensure the acute hospital contracts are met and the changing needs of patients in the acute hospital are met. This may require the candidate to work night shifts
