Community Fundraising Manager

WR Fundraising Recruitmentis extremely proud to be recruiting for a very well supported and respected local charity. They provide friendly volunteer support to older people in the community that are feeling the effects of isolation or loneliness.

They are on the lookout for a community fundraising professional to join their small but very effective team as their Community Fundraising Manager. This is a great opportunity to bring new ideas to their fundraising efforts, as well as grow their established campaigns and events, and to really get involved in the community around them.

Community Fundraising Manager

London with Hybrid/Flexible Working

Permanent, Full Time

Salary – £36,000 Per Annum

Duties will include:

  • Managing and developing existing fundraising relationships and activities
  • Building and developing new relationships in the local community
  • Supporting and growing a team of young fundraisers
  • Managing and developing a varied calendar of events as well as implementing new events
  • Representing the charity at local community events

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of working within fundraising
  • The ability to develop fundraising relationships for a charity
  • Experience of promoting events and growing supporters
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
