Job Description – Collections Administrator (Finance)

My client is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator

This role is Temporary to cover for a maternity – 9 months

Experience with Eclipse systems an advantage

Knowledge of P&L processes and forecasting and month-end

Raise Purchase orders
Compile reports
Monthly accruals
Purchase order reconciliation
Mis matched invoices
Credit notes
Forecast information and month end process

Shift Pattern and hours for Job Role including any weekend work-

09:00 to 17:00 Mon to Fri hours or days are not negotiable

30 mins lunch
