Class 1 Driver
WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR CLASS 1 DRIVERS TO JOIN OUR TEAM OF FULL TIME AND PART TIME DRIVERS TO WORK ON VARIOUS CONTRACTS.
The role will consist of assisting our clients on Various different roles from Van to Class 1 ADR.
You must hold an HGV Class 1 full UK licence (C+E entitlement), with a maximum of 6 penalty points and no other endorsements.
The Role:
* Client facing.
* Loading and unloading of vehicle.
* Muti-drops.
* Operating commercial vehicles up to and over 7.5 tonnes, including rigid trucks, articulated lorries, tankers, transporters and trailer wagons.
* Driving long or short distances.
* Planning delivery schedules and routes with transport managers
* Supervising or helping to load and unload goods
* Making sure loads are safely secured
Experience:
* Valid Driving Licence
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph
* Understand and comply with Drivers hours and WTD Legislation.
* Container experience is essential.
* Hold good geographical knowledge.
* Understand the English language.
