Children's Social Worker – IMAP (Qualified)

Seven Social Care is looking for a qualified Social Worker to fill an exclusive opportunity specialising in the wellbeing of children and adults across North Lincolnshire.

The role:

As Social Worker, you will be responsible t o plan, provide and evaluate a range of person centred social work interventions to individuals and their circle of support enabling individuals needs to be met and aspirations achieved.

Post holders will be expected to be flexible in undertaking the duties and responsibilities attached to their post and may be asked to perform other duties, which reasonably correspond to the general character of the post and are commensurate with its level of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake initial visits & Form F Assessments.
Initiate and carry out local recruitment activities and analyse the effectiveness of methods used.
Carry out stringent assessment and completion of Form F to standard, presenting reports to panel.
Ensure that at all times you work with a commitment to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications: Degree approved by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Experience: 2+ years working with children as a qualified Social Worker in the UK.
Compliance: Up to date HCPC registration and DBS.
Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
Hours: 37 hours p/w.
