Taquero / Mexican griller Manager
The job responsibilities are to training, coaching and monitoring all the members of the staff on their job duties according to the company policies and procedures. Ensure all Taco products and Mexican dishes prepared by Taqueros, cooks, Tamaleros and grillers are consistent in quality, appearance and weight according to company guidelines and standards.
Skills and Expericene : 1 year experience within the Mexican cuisine. Being familiar with Mexican the products. Deep Knowledge of preparing Tortillas and functionality of the Tortilla Machine. Knowledge within the Mexican Gastronomy. 1 year experience working with grills.
Part of their responsibilities also include ordering merchandise, controlling the inventory to minimize out of stock and overstocks and as a result maximize sales. Creation of new mexican dishes according to the season and also prepare more Mexican salsa recipes for our new Salsa brand. Also need to follows and monitors compliance of pertinent health and safety regulations
