As our Chef de Partie, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment.As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts. You will also support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating. You will have previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment. You may also be a commis who is looking to progress.Your PubParkgate is a bit of an oddity, it is a seaside village, with no sea as the estuary has withdrawn over the last century leaving a huge variety of marshland. The Boathouse looks straight over the magnificent Dee Estuary, and boasts fantastic fresh food dining and drinks – in particular fish and shellfish being their speciality.About HydesEstablished in 1863, Hydes Brewery is based in Manchester has expanded to include a portfolio of nearly 50 restaurants, pubs, bars, and hotels, and continues to grow, while still retaining its family feel.
