BPM Lead – Permanent Opportunity
La Fosse are working with a globally recognised transportation client on their search for a Senior BPM Lead. This is a permanent opportunity with scope to develop the BPM Centre of Excellence and work with closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse process performance data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with external partners to manage and coordinate process-related projects.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on process improvement progress.
Essential Experience
- Must have experience with ARIS platform.
- Must have experience preparing reports and presenting to senior management.
- Must have experience of working closely with third party vendors and partners to ensure delivery to agreed scope.
Salary: £60k-£75k basic plus additional benefits (dependent on experience)
Location: Hybrid / Milton Keynes
