Piling Recruitment Group is recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our client, a National Piling Contractor.The ideal candidate will develop initiatives to identify opportunities and engage with main contractors, developers, consultants, and clients, to build new business for the company.Responsibilities• Identify partnerships and tender opportunities through market knowledge and networking• Develop new relationships to win business in line with the Company’s strategies• Manage and complete pre-qualification and third-party accreditation questionnaires• Support the project teams on-site to ensure successful delivery and outcomes• UK travel will be required including attending exhibitions and client facing meetingsRequirementsThe successful candidate will have experience in the geotechnical or construction sector, ideally around, piling or groundwork’s, and prior sales/business development experience• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Self-motivated, focussed, and dynamic individual with organizational and presentation skills• Able to inspire confidence with internal and external stakeholdersThe package on offer comprises of basic salary, employer’s pension contributions and additional benefits package including company car / car allowance.
