Business Development Manager
THE ROLE: As Business Development Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a full turnkey business solution into a variety of sectors, covering both public and private sectors. Dealing directly with procurement teams, Environmental Managers and Operations Directors your role will be to identify and convert new business opportunities. You must be a confident, sales focused individual and be proactive in self-generating leads as this role is 100% new business, you will be working on 4-5 projects at one time so must be able to manage your time effectively. You will be fully supported in your new business endeavours with internal support and a fully cleansed CRM system and strong existing pipeline.
THE PERSON: To be considered for the role of Business Development Sales Manager you must have solution sales experience and be able to present at board level to C-Level clients. You will be a hardworking, commercially astute candidate with an ambitious attitude towards your career. Full product training will be provided so experience within this market is not essential. Your ambition, drive and desire to succeed, will also make you the ideal candidate for this role. THE PACKAGE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SALES MANAGER:
· Basic: up to £45,000
· Commission: OTE £20,000-£25,000
· Company Car or Car Allowance
