Business Development Executive

We are looking for a focused Business Development Executive. This is an exciting opportunity targeting public and commercial sectors with huge potential to benefit from the iCoTech Portfolio.
The successful Business Development Executive will receive training and support from the Head of Sales, preparing you for the future and developing your understanding of all aspects of the product and business.

The Business Development Executive personal development will be ongoing, both during the company’s evolution and beyond. At iCoTech we believe in nurturing our most important asset, identifying our Business Development Executive’s ambitions, and promoting from within whenever possible. The Business Development Executive will also work closely with the rest of the Business Development Team and be responsible in accelerating growth within iCoTech

The role will involve:

* Following up leads from our marketing team

* Proactively source leads via company websites and LinkedIn

* Responsible for building a sales pipeline, appointment setting, implementing sales activity plans with the utilisation of our successful sales process framework

* Develop and maintain sales strategies to manage target accounts efficiently

* 20 – 50 sales calls per week

* Accountable for closing sales with target accounts

Ideally as a Business Development Executive you will have

* Experience of B2B, selling IT products and services including Microsoft 365 and their portfolio of solutions

* Minimum 2+ years successful experience in a sales environment.

* Experience selling to the public and commercial sectors

* Excellent stakeholder management skills

* High level of data accuracy and experience with Dynamics CRM

* Experience of managing a long term pot of leads to generate new business appointments

* Enthusiastic, competitive, and solutions-orientated with a strong work ethic, high levels of confidence and integrity

* A high level of ambition
