Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Site Visits
- Meetings with residents
- Support function to all property managers
- Be an expert in all things building safety including fire
- Managing the onsite team including concierges
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Instructing contractors to carry out work
- Inspections
- Inspection reports
- working with Freeholders
We are looking for
- Previous Property management experience, or relevant residential building manager experience. Estate Agency Experience assistant building manager. Facilities assistant Property administrator, hospitality front of house etc concierge solid customer service
- Presentable and great communicator
- Industry specific qualifications desirable IRPM not essential
- Self starter, quick learner and highly organised
- Genuine Interest in Property
