????They’re on the lookout for a skilled back-end developer to elevate the brand’s engineering division through the delivery, and optimisation of software features. Get ready to ditch the silo mentality. Here, collaboration & agile cross-functionality is king. You’ll be side-by-side with Business Analysts, QAs, and the rest of our A-team, all working together to make magic happen.
What you’ll be doing:
- Helping contribute to the evolution of the brand’s engineering functionality
- Break down problems into actionable tasks and delegate to the necessary people
- Work in a cross-functionality way and help balance solution needs with costs, expediency and ROI
- Evaluate current processes and improve using TDD, Pairing, Peer Review, Static Analysis
- Work with the team to craft realistic estimates for each stage
- Collaborate with QA’s to resolve defects
- Work alongside BAs to uncover requirements
- Engage in your CPD
- Remain aware of the wider tech industry and implement new tech, ideas if appropriate
