Job Title: Associate Director

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 per annum + Package

Our clients are seeking a dynamic Associate Direct to join their team, to deliver on projects that encompass decarbonization, research labs, party wall, and industrial development. The role would be to work alongside an extraordinary institution, committed to sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities:

  • Stepping into the account lead role for an Esteemed Education Institution, overseeing a variety of projects ranging from infrastructure development to decarbonization initiatives.
  • Collaborating closely with an extraordinary institution to deliver on projects aligned with their goals and values.
  • Taking charge of diverse projects including civil infrastructure, research facility construction, and office development.
  • Demonstrating proactive leadership by driving projects forward and ensuring their successful completion.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to facilitate project progress.
  • Leading teams effectively and ensuring project goals are met within specified timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a senior role within the construction, preferably with exposure to a variety of project types.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive projects forward to successful completion.
  • Proactivity and self-sufficiency, with the ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to fruition.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build authentic relationships quickly.
  • Commitment to long-term career growth
  • A track record of stability in previous roles, indicating a willingness to commit to the long-term success of the company.
