Assistant Cafe Manager

With work/life balance!We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to work for one of the leading contract caterers in the market, working in an exciting, World Renowned site. Within this premium setting, you will be working to the highest standards supporting the FOH and BOH team with daily breakfast, lunch and events. We are looking for candidates with a background working within B&I that operate at the highest level. Managing a team of 10 Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager Book keeping, stock take, Health & Safety and Payroll Preparing and serving cold and hot drinks Servicing customers & taking orders- up to £35,000 plus overtime paid at time and a half- Contract Catering experience preferred but not essential- Monday to Friday (every weekend off)- Daytime hours- Highly regarded operator with extensive plans for growth- A culture of training and development with unique opportunities for career development- Industry renowned training to help develop and enhance your skills- Cycle to work scheme
