Job Title – Assembler
Location – Basildon
Duration – Permanent
Hours – Mon-Fri, 37 hours per week
(flexible day shift options: 7/8-15/16:30 with an early finish on fridays)
Salary – £(phone number removed)ph (DOE)
(Optional over-time is paid between 1.25 mon-fri and 1.5/2.0 weekends)
Talento are delighted to be working on partnership with our client who specialises in advanced high-precision manufacturing services across the UK and Europe. Due to continued growth their Basildon site are looking to an expereineced Assembler to their team, down at their Basildon facility.
Responsibilities:
Assembly of small and large scale builds
Deburring of both small and large components
Use of Loctite and other adhesives
Following methods folders and work instructions
Reading assembly drawings
Liaising with teams to improve processes
About you:
Time served, min 2 years' mechanical assembly experience, experience in defence / aerospace industry preferred but not essential as we can consider experience in assembly / deburr from any industry as we can teach our skill / product and mould the people to our processes.
