Apprentice Administrator  – ELVET RECRUITMENT LIMITED

Elvet Recruitment have been appointed to recruit for an Apprentice Administrator to join a construction business in the Durham area.
Responsibilities
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
Scanning and storage of documents
Answering the telephone and dealing with a wide variety of queries
To maintain accurate records
Assist HSEQ team in generaladministrationissues
Complete the apprenticeship framework in line with an individual learning plan
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 GCSEs A C or equivalent including maths and English desirable
Personal Skills:
Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Able to follow instructions
Satisfactory numeracy & literacy skills
Willing & eager to learn
Effective team player
Punctual and reliable
Communication skills written, face to face and over the telephone
Satisfactory time management skills
