You will be joining a dedicated team and will be responsible for screening, telephone interviewing and assessing candidates who have applied to join the business as part of their production team.

It is key for the Recruitment Resourcer to have excellent communication skills and to be comfortable taking candidates through the key set questions to assess their capability and aptitude for the role (full training will be given). Ideally you will have experience in delivering support to large volume recruitment campaigns, a first class telephone manner and solid administration skills.

You MUST be available to start on 21st September and be flexible to work at Monday – Friday 37.5 hours to cover shifts (8 – 4.30 / 8.30 – 5.00 and 9.30 – 6.00) and commit for approximately 6 weeks.

The recruitment campaigns generate a high volume of applicants and will require you to resiliently apply the same selection standards throughout the day.
