Agency Complex Behaviours Support Worker
Hoop recruitment have a new opportunities to be part of a service for adults who have complex behaviours and autism. You will be supporting these adults within home settings and in the community to access a variety of activities, events and experiences.
Ideally you will have previous experience of working with complex behaviour and autism. The ideal individual for this role will be positive, creative and innovative so you can support this adult to develop their social and life skills. This role involves a flexible approach to shift work, working a range of patterns including nights and weekends.

Carry out and the implementation of care plans
Support clients with daily activities, i.e. personal care, support in the community, budgeting, cooking, etc
Effectively communicate with all service users and staff members
Calm and patient in pressurised situations Requirements:
Previous experience as a support worker within a care environment (desirable)
Flexibility with working hours
