JOB TITLE: Helpdesk Coordinator

LOCATION: Royston

SALARY: £21K

CANDIDATE INFORMATION

Demonstrable experience of working within a helpdesk, customer services or call centre environment
Good customer services skills, well presented and articulate with a good telephone manner
Ability to liaise with other offices, clients, sub-contractors and engineers
Experience of working on m&e maintenance contracts previously would be advantageous
Motivated and trustworthy
Well organised with good IT and administration skills

JOB INFORMATION

Dealing with service calls for our regional offices and subcontractors
Expediting all contractor works ensuring they are kept within the SLA agreement
Subcontractor quotes and purchase orders
Subcontractor Invoicing
Scheduling tasks to engineers to attend reactive callouts and planned works
Liaison with clients, other offices and engineers to ensure works are allocated and carried out
Receiving service calls from clients and logging call details accurately on to the CAFM system
Review any outstanding callouts/maintenance and quotes, ensuring a suitable resolution within acceptable timeframes
PPM's & CPPM's for subcontractors – Scheduling in pre-planned maintenance and ensuring these works are complete.
