Administrator

Job Summary:

To work as an integral team member of a fast paced estimating department delivering administration support.

Your role will be to support the department with printing/booking in tenders and associated additions, sending out enquiries to 3rd party companies and chasing their quotations.

You will report in to your manager on day to day job function duties and for administrative matters.

You will need to be self-disciplined / motivated and work to tight deadlines set.

You will need to be organised and able to prioritise workload requirements in order to achieve weekly / daily targets set.

Key Tasks:

* Efficient time manager

* Target driven

* Updating various schedules

* Sourcing information proactively

* Liaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure information is provided to strict deadlines

* Computer Literacy – Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

* Uploading and distribution of information
