Hospitality Assistant required for 38 St Giles 5 star Bed and Breakfast.

38 St Giles is a grand house with a long and interesting history. It’s neatly tucked away just off St Giles Street which creates an intimacy and privacy that is unrivalled. We have eight rooms, two suites and two apartments. We are the most centrally located boutique accommodation in Norwich and have held 5 AA stars since opening in 2015.

Due to business growth, we are looking for a part time Hospitality Assistant.

The successful applicants will be passionate about customer service, have a keen eye for detail and be committed to providing the best stay for our discerning guests. In return, you will be joining a friendly and supportive team focused on working together to make the best possible guest experience. You will possess a friendly and helpful approach and a ‘can-do’ attitude. Previous experience within the hospitality sector is preferred.

The role includes – breakfast preparation and service, assisting guests during check-in and check-out, ordering and collecting provisions from suppliers, general tidying and cleaning of communal spaces, assisting the housekeeper on busier days with room servicing.
