1st Line Support Engineer / IT Support

Austin Fraser are currently working on a 1st Line Support Engineer requirement for a highly qualified provider of customised Logistics, and Service based in Abingdon.
This is a great opportunity to be their corporate IT ambassador for the UK, working with a the centralised IT team in Frankfurt. It is highly advantageous to be German Speaking for this role
Role Responsibilities
– You will provide 1st level support both on-site and remotely to overseas team
– An experienced 1st Line Support – you have already gained relevant experience.
– End users are important, you are happy to assist them with your service-orientated way of working.
– You are particularly familiar with IT support using a ticket system.
– Responsible for the administration, configuration and installation of mobile devices
– You will also ensure the smooth installation and operation of Microsoft Windows client systems and other software.
– You are the central point of contact for employees on site and represent your team colleagues in Germany as a corporate IT ambassador
